The property is located in a corner of a densely populated factory area, about a 10-minute drive from Pingtong I.E. 3.

The factory is 1,400 square meters in size, but there is a site next to it that could be expanded, and there is space to build a property of the same size.

Factory attached equipment (air conditioners, transformers, etc.) are included in the price. Large machines are not included in the price.

Compressors, air dryers, air tanks, etc. are not included in the price, but can be negotiated. The same goes for forklifts.
