ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway is a new industrial estate and Industrial-Tech Ecosystem strategically located along Bangna-Trad Road (KM.32), Samut Prakan, providing seamless connectivity to Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport, the EEC and Laem Chabang Port. The project is designed to support future industries including Semiconductors, Advanced Electronics, Data Centers, Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics, with comprehensive infrastructure featuring 115/24 kV power supply from MEA, water supply capacity of up to 40,000 m³/day, wastewater treatment, Fiber Optic and 5G networks, natural gas, flood protection and solar energy solutions. The estate also provides One-Stop Services and centralized facility management. Leading companies including Infineon Technologies, Doosan Electro-Materials, MR.D.I.Y., VORA Thailand and TeraCule Technology have already established investments within the project, covering Semiconductor, Electronics, Data Center, Manufacturing and Logistics industries, reinforcing ARAYA’s position as a next-generation industrial and technology hub in Eastern Thailand.
